Thoughts...
It's been almost a month since my last update. Never realised that I have abandoned my blog for such a long time. I'm going to blame it on this particular assignment.Time passes so fast. The next thing I know will be the end of my semester and starting a new semester in the span of a week. Don't even want to imagine what it would be like in my final year doing a UK degree and maintaining a 70% average. I have decided to major in Finance, to me it requires the least memory work and I find myself quite inclined with finances; must be the influence by my parents. 12 subjects with a dissertation due. If I thought I am busy now, next year would be worst.
Sometimes I wonder, if I had taken up the offer and took a loan to study in UK would my life be different now? At least I hope so. I miss Europe so much. It was such a great experience and a presentation today by a UNN UK representative did not improve the situation, the pictures made me wanna cry. That show's how much I miss the UK and Europe.
Social life almost reaching zero. The exam worries and $$$$ issues really turns me into a nerd these days. I feel so bad neglecting my friends. Ahhh... I really wonder if I continue to ignore their invitations to lunch, dinners, yam cha seasons and shopping sessions; I will end up with no friends by the end of the semester. Sobs.. that's how bad it is. So you see, it's not easy to be a scholarship receipient. So many standards to live up to.
I find myself babbling like crazy now, I guess I better just end here. Sorry for the random post. Will post something more inspiring in the coming week.
Lastly, Happy Belated Birthday to Yuen Wei! Hope u enjoyed dinner that day. I know I did. *winks*
